Job Description:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on LabVantage software.
- In-depth understanding of lab processes and workflows.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in writing and executing test cases and test scripts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in laboratory management or laboratory informatics, with a strong understanding of LIMS systems and their applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, concise documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Familiarity with laboratory operations, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards, such as GLP, GMP, or GCP, is a plus.
- Certification in LIMS or laboratory informatics is a plus.
