About role
We are looking for an experienced Kronos Developer to join our team. In this role, you will
be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Kronos (UKG) workforce
management system. You will work closely with various teams to understand business
requirements and implement solutions that improve our HR and payroll processes.
Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and maintain Kronos (UKG) applications and integrations.
● Work closely with HR and payroll teams to understand business requirements.
● Configure and customize Kronos (UKG) modules to meet business needs.
● Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows in Kronos (UKG).
● Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kronos (UKG) applications.
● Perform regular system updates and ensure compliance with best practices.
● Optimize system performance and improve HR and payroll processes.
● Provide technical support and training to users as needed.
● Ensure data integrity and security within the Kronos (UKG) system.
Qualifications
● 3-4 years of experience as a Kronos (UKG) Developer.
● Strong understanding of Kronos (UKG) modules and functionalities.
● Experience with configuring and customizing Kronos (UKG) applications.
● Proficiency in developing custom reports, dashboards, and workflows in Kronos
(UKG).
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
