Teleperformance is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for the International Chat Process. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary role will involve engaging with customers through chat to address their inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience.

– Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via chat.
– Deliver accurate information on products and services.
– Resolve customer issues efficiently to enhance satisfaction levels.
– Collaborate with team members to optimize customer service delivery.
– Maintain a high standard of service to meet customer expectations.
Salary and Benefits:
– Monthly in-hand salary: INR 25,000
– Additional attendance bonus of INR 2,000
– Additional bonus of INR 4,000 after training
