Job Overview

Role: Infrastructure Project Manager

Experience: 8+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Location: Pune (Hybrid) – Preference for Pune-based candidates

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee infrastructure projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders about project status.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and IT standards.
  • Manage Linux servers, database systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Automate deployment processes and enhance CI/CD workflows.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux administration and database management.
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins.
  • Proven ability to automate and optimize deployment processes.
  • Strong project management skills, including scheduling and budgeting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
  • PMP certification is a plus.

  • Linux server administration
  • Database management (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB)
