Roles and Responsibilities

  • 1-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement operations (PR to PO), and vendor master data management.
  • Lead sourcing projects, execute RFPs, and evaluate supplier responses.
  • Experience in indirect procurement categories (IT, Consumables, HR, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Manage PR to PO conversion and follow-ups in ERP systems like SAP and Ariba.
  • Conduct supplier negotiations and award contracts.
  • Perform spend analysis and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Ensure service quality and adherence to SLAs.

Skills and Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset and team collaboration abilities.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3).
