Job Description

The requirement is specific to Digital Assessment domain wherein the Project Manager will plan the Assessment with the Client from initiating the development for Application Form to delivery of Result and Merit List. Project Manager must coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the Project is delivered as committed to Customer.

A BTech or MCA is mandatory. Experience in the assessment field preferred.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal teams and third parties/vendors.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Assist in the defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders while checking for technical feasibility

Develop and run a detailed project plan, monitor and track progress

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

Manage customer relationship and that with all stakeholders

Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to for Project-related documentation

Skill Requirements:

Proven working experience in project management

Excellent client-facing and written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail and multitasking skills

Strong working knowledge of Office 365

Experience in Assessment domain (preferred).
