Job Summary:
Role : Customer Service – Backend & Chat process
Experience: 1 year to 4 years
Job Location: Open to work from client location at Bagmane Tech Park -Mahadevapura –Bangalore
Eligibility:
Any Full time Non-Technical Graduate with 1 year to 4 years of work experience
Skill & Responsibilities:
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Hands on with Computer Operations & office tool
Willingness to work in night shifts
1-4 Years experience in Content Management, TV/OTT Platforms (Added Advantage not mandate)
100% WFO, No WFH/Hybrid Model
Open to work on weekends
