Responsibilities
- New supplier Development and Sourcing of suitable vendors.
- Monthly schedule planning and procured the material as per requirement.
- Feasibility study with technically and commercially with time frame development plan.
- Vendor assessment, vendor rating, vendor system and process audit as per plan.
- Approaching OEMs and handle bulk negotiations at a discounted price.
- Sourcing and developing alternate vendors for regular requirement of clients at best price and quality along with best delivery and payment terms Audit handling.
- Responsible for raw material purchase and subcontracting and consumable purchase.
- Cost Saving activities handled and controlled the prescribed inventory
- Floating RFQ, Costing, Cost Comparison and Costing Approval.
- Negotiation based on Raw Material, Process & Conversion Cost.
Skills
- Excellent Communication
- Good knowledge in G-tools and Procurement tools
- Excellent Stakeholder management
- Sound knowledge in MS Office
