Role Overview

Location: Bangalore (Remote) | Shift: EST (5:30 PM IST – 2:30 AM IST)

The Customer Success Specialist will be a trusted advisor, driving product activation and adoption, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the Rubrik experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive customer success by ensuring product activation and feature adoption.
  • Provide technical and functional demonstrations to address customer challenges.
  • Use analytics to predict and mitigate churn and consumption risks.
  • Conduct onboarding discussions, product tours, and process walk-throughs.
  • Engage with support and engineering teams to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Facilitate product updates and align strategies with customer objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or related roles.
  • Experience managing cloud-based or SaaS customers.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical knowledge of networking, storage, backup, cloud solutions, and hypervisors.
  • Experience with data analysis and product usage insights.
