We are currently recruiting for an Power Platform Infrastructure Lead to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team here at RSA on a hybrid basis – however, although hybrid, you will need to commute into the office.
Your Role:
As our Power Platform Infrastructure Lead you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring on the design, development and maintenance of Microsoft Power Platform.
You will ensure we have the appropriate guardrails to support the use of Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI, and Microsoft Co-pilot Studio. As well as other Power Platform related technologies to enable the creation of low code solutions.
You will lead on engagement with stakeholders to understand business needs required for the development of Power Platform. As well as supporting end-user adoption and best practice use of Power Platform technologies.
You will also lead on the creation of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines for Power Platform and Azure Services in conjunction with DevOps. As well as helping the business understand technical skills and capability required now and in the future.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will need to have extensive knowledge of Power Platform components(including Power Apps / Power Automate / Power BI / Microsoft Co-pilot Studio). As well as having good knowledge of wider Microsoft M365 product suite (including Entra and SharePoint).
You will need experience of implementing Power Platform components and infrastructure solutions and administration tasks within the Power Platform environment. As well as experience of optimising power apps to increase performance.
You will also need to have effective communication skills, including the ability to interact and build working relationships with stakeholders (both technical and non-technical). As well as having excellent attention to detail, with a demonstrable evaluative skills and experience of applying a systematic and disciplined approach to product development.
