QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree from related fields,
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to CEO,
Fluent in English (both writing & speaking),
Strong knowledge of MS Office programs,
Having strong organizational skills,
Customer oriented,
Support open communication and feedback culture,
Open to change and innovation.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manages the daily organization of the agenda of the CEO, arranges external and internal organizations, schedules appointments, arranges meetings and conferences, organizes travel plans, and facilitates business meetings with a strong sense of communication.
Supports the CEO with daily operational work.
Welcoming the guests of the establishment and planning the relevant organizations.
Ensuring and monitoring effective communication, coordination, and information flow with stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner.
Preparation and sharing of meeting notes when it is required.
Arranging travel and accommodations
Performing additional duties as assigned by HR & Admin Department
