What We’re Doing:

  • For B2C: Enhancing the passenger experience with features like live bus tracking, scan-and-book ticketing, pay-at-bus options, digital passes, and onboard ticketing solutions (QR codes, POS machines).
  • For B2B: Equipping bus operators with streamlined, intuitive GDS/Ticketing software and comprehensive analytics dashboards, alongside automated systems for efficient operation management.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Can:

  • Drive the monetization and business growth of our Stage Carriage Charter program.
  • Serve as a key advocate for our product and monetization strategies, leveraging insights from the market and customer feedback.
  • Spearhead market opportunity identification and support regional service expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless inventory onboarding and tackle operational challenges.
  • Develop and nurture vendor relationships, acting as the primary liaison.
  • Formulate and implement innovative strategies for stage carriage operations.
  • Utilize data analytics to make informed business decisions.

Who You Are:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field, with a preferred MBA.
  • Experience: 5-7 years in business development, ideally with a background in travel and ticketing platforms.
  • Skills: A proven ability to launch and manage pan-India initiatives; a highly execution-focused, resourceful mindset; strong problem-solving capabilities; proficiency in data analysis with Excel; multilingual skills are a plus.
