Our team collaborates with product strategy and product managers to govern readiness standards in achieving principles (compliance, privacy, security) by design for what PwC’s technology assets require to be successful in the market. They provide guidance for product development across the lifecycle (ideation / strategy through commercialization / monetization). Additionally, they facilitate market readiness for technology assets overall, as changes occur to assets or market conditions throughout the asset’s life cycle.

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist with expertise in manual and functional testing, as well as QA automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs while being cost-effective.
Responsibilities:
1. Review and analyze system specifications.
2. Collaborate with the QA and the team to develop effective strategies and test plans.
3. Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
4. Evaluate product code according to specifications.
5. Create documentation for testing strategy.
6. Report bugs and errors to development teams.
7. Help troubleshoot issues.
8. Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
9. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
10. Develop and manage QA automation processes and ensure the implementation of standard practices.
11. Train and mentor team members on new testing methods, tools, and strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
2. Experience in QA methodology.
3. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
4. Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
5. Working knowledge of test management software (e.g.AzureDevops,Jira) and SQL/Oracle/Postgres.
6. Experience with automated testing tools (e.g. Selenium, Cypress and any other tools).
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Attention to detail.
9. Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
10. Strong organizational skills.
