Job Description & Summary
A career in Learning and Development, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our people by developing quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve the PwC experience. You’ll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.

As part of our Learning and Development Deliver team, you’ll provide strategic business solutions to our clients through the coordination of our market implementation efforts, talent, content management, and coordination with key functions outside of Learning & Development such as finance, meeting & event services, procurement, third party labour and human resources.

Job Description

Main purpose of the job and key background information

Activities to be performed :

  • Develop new content on Connected Source based on strategic priorities and business needs using Sitecore, a leading edge experience platform
  • Run strategic knowledge harvesting efforts to support rapid build-out efforts
  • Upload and manage knowledge assets using Connected Source content management system (CCMS)
  • Enhance existing content on Connected Source to ensure continued business relevance
  • Manage the content development process using Microsoft Azure and DevOps
  • Support business impact and adoption activities including: reporting on performance figures using CS Power BI reports, gathering success stories and producing communications materials
  • Contribute to community building through participation in Currents and other community platforms, engage in, contribute to and support the running of internal Connected Source team meetings

Level of experience: 1-4 years

Education/qualifications: Graduate and above in any discipline with good communication skills

Knowledge of tools: MS office suite, G Suite, Power BI, Alteryx, Workbench, Sitercore, MS Azure

Industry experience: 1-4 years in the industry having worked in Power BI tools and leveraging data visualisation skills. Excellent skills in project planning with focus on workload prioritisation, organisational skills and time management. Having worked in roles wherein it required demonstrating abilities to conduct primary research and create comprehensive and cohesive content with minimum supervision.

Technical capability: Client communication, SME interaction, generating reports, designing web pages, project management, and principles of change management

Key personal attribute: Open to learning new skills and tools, awareness of the industry latest trends, eye for details, flexibility to adapt to new situations, with strong verbal and written communication skills
