Main Purpose:
Support Business and IT with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SQL and Data Analysis and lead the NAV specific requirements, design, testing, implementation, and documentation of new solutions to enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Solicit feedback from users to validate additional features and ensure application designs meet the business requirement.
- Collaborate with IT team and developers to create and implement new solutions.
- Continuously research and adopt new technologies, software, and hardware.
- Provide advice on specific aspects of design projects.
- Provide technical troubleshooting for applications and integrations with emphasis on root cause analysis and issues resolution.
- Analyze user needs, identify bugs and redundancies, and improve efficiency and accuracy through creative solutions.
- Conducts specific independent research into highly complex problems.
- Create/review documentation specifications for new solutions.
- Evaluate solutions and implement Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV.
Requirements
Experience
- Should have around 8-10 years of experience within IT.
Skills
- Must have NAVISON and Business Central implementation experience.
- NAVISION development experience
- MS SQL Programming Experience.
- Working Knowledge of Data ETL Processes.
- Technical, Financial, and ERP skills.
- Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
- Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
- Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good to have working experience in tools like Azure Devops, Salesforce.
