Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier-3 technical support to customers and partners across JAPAC.
  • Manage support cases and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Participate in a 24×7 on-call support rotation as required.

Required Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years in a technical support environment.
  • Expertise with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, IPSEC, etc.).
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with virtualization platforms (AWS, Azure, VMWare).
  • Familiarity with multi-factor authentication systems.
  • Experience with security solutions like Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper.
  • Knowledge of Windows and MAC OS troubleshooting.
  • Language skills in Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean are advantageous.
