Nykaa is hiring Technical Program Manager – IT

Work Location: Gurgaon / Work from Office

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) specializing in IT and

Information Security to join our dynamic team. The TPM will be responsible for managing and

driving the execution of IT and information security projects and programs. This role requires a

deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity best practices, and project management

methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program and Project Management:

o Lead and manage IT and information security projects from initiation to

completion.

o Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.

o Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

o Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.

2. Stakeholder Management:

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and

business units.

o Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior

management.

o Ensure alignment of project goals with business objectives and priorities.

3. Technical Expertise:

o Provide technical guidance and expertise in IT infrastructure, network security,

and information security best practices.

o Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and regulatory requirements

in information security.

o Conduct technical assessments and reviews of security tools and technologies.

4. Process Improvement:

o Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in

project management and information security.

o Develop and maintain documentation, including project plans, policies, and

procedures.

o Promote a culture of continuous improvement and security awareness within the

organization.

5. Team Leadership:

o Lead and mentor project teams, including IT and security professionals.

o Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

o Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations for team members.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a

related field. Master’s degree preferred.

 PMP, CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.

 Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT and information security program/project

management.

 Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security, and cybersecurity principles.

 Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT and security projects.

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

 Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum,

Waterfall).
