Job Description :

1. Building, Ideation, and Conceptualization of Events : – Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of high-impact events for Nykaa Beauty and Nykaa Fashion. – Develop unique and marketable event properties (IPs) that strengthen brand positioning and engage key audiences.

2. PnL & Vendor Management : – Manage event budgets, ensuring a strong PnL focus to deliver cost-effective and high-quality events. – Build and maintain a roster of top-tier vendors, including event management companies, decor experts, musicians, artists, and performers. – Negotiate with vendors to ensure optimized costs without compromising the quality of execution.

3. Event Quality & Brand Representation : – Deliver events that represent Nykaa’s brand values, maintaining top-notch quality in every aspect from execution to guest experience.

4. Sponsorships, Buy-Ins & Partnerships : – Secure sponsorships and buy-ins from partner brands to support event initiatives. – Collaborate with venues and other partners to ensure smooth and successful events.

5. Cross-Team Collaboration : – Work closely with business teams across Nykaa to align event objectives with overall business goals. – Ensure seamless coordination with internal stakeholders to deliver successful events and memorable experiences for partner brands.

6. Market Research & Trend Spotting : – Stay ahead of market trends in beauty, fashion, and events, and leverage insights to create relevant and innovative event experiences.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualification Requirements :

  • 8+ years of experience in event management, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale events from concept to execution.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Ability to secure sponsorships and build partnerships to elevate event impact.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Passion for market research and a strong understanding of trends in beauty, fashion, and events.
