Role Overview:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager with a strong background in the beauty sector, particularly in skincare and makeup. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive sales and enhance customer engagement across our e-commerce platform. You will be the business owner for your categories, leveraging insights to achieve ambitious sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving Sales:
– Own top-line revenue goals within the established investment budget to meet P&L objectives.
– Develop, implement, and manage plans to improve key site metrics, including conversion rates and average order value (AOV).
– Ensure website content aligns with monthly promotions and overall marketing strategy.
Monitoring Brand Performance:
– Negotiate budgets, set goals, and monitor performance to align with business targets.
– Plan and execute brand campaigns across various platforms, adjusting strategies based on performance data.
– Track and report on performance against key metrics in approved formats.
Improving Customer Experience and Retention:
– Create processes to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
– Drive banner revenue through list growth, segmentation, and increased operational efficiency.
– Analyze user experience through web analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
– 4-5 years of category management experience, specifically in the beauty industry, with a focus on skincare and makeup.
– Bachelor’s degree in any stream; an MBA is strongly preferred.
Skills:
