We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Associate to deliver a range of HR Operations activities including compensation operations for a variety of users including, but not limited to business unit clients, HR Coverage and Global HR counterparts where the job involves working in a detailed oriented and demanding environment, with confidential HR data.

In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is an Associate level position within the Compensation/Global Mobility team where the candidate needs to deliver on standard and complex processes for HR Solutions, leveraging standard operating procedures.

What You’ll Do In The Role

  • Communicate, collaborate, and network with all levels of employees and management (Particularly HR colleagues), and ensure integrity and quality of all information produced.
  • Timely data reporting, analytics and presentation to different stakeholders, conduct reviews, audits of all HR data including compensation data, escalate and fix anomalies.
  • The candidate needs to work with large sets of confidential data including compensation/global mobility.
  • Prepare ADHOC reports on request of senior leaders / stakeholders, per requirements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for global teams, including collating critical metrics, manage aspects of global projects, ensure communication is maintained among different regional teams.
  • Manage the HR Applications, including working with external vendors as applicable. Perform UAT for the HR Applications / systems as required.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
  • Experience HR Operations/ lifecycle processes (Roles in consulting firm or data / compensation experience in financial services firm or Fortune 500)
  • Experience in working with large data sets.
  • Reporting and analytics experience including financial reporting as it relates to compensation, headcount etc.,
  • Strong Excel skills (proficient in the use of functions, pivot tables etc.)
  • Possess a strategic view of data representation.
