Responsibilities
- Assists others in identifying opportunities and gaps in the implementation of a feature, including comparison of various quality and performance metrics to various solutions.
- Works with a feature crew and assists others to orchestrate and integrate efforts for the development and implementation process of a feature for cross functional projects with internal teams and external partners.
- Assists in managing the staging and implementation plan for piloting/release.
- Assists others to drive continuous quality improvements of the delivery, seeking guidance as needed.
- Collaborates with others to track, coordinate, and communicate end-to-end project schedules.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- OR equivalent experience.
- Participation at NSBE 2024 or Microsoft’s Atlanta Networking Event
Other Requirements
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ year(s) experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Technical Program Management IC2 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,400 – $151,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,300 – $165,400 per year.
Technical Program Management IC3 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,300 – $182,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 – $198,600 per year.
