Job Description
- Financial Performance And Analytics
o Driving business finance for Operations, Service lines and Innovation Functions
o Drive gross margin improvements across operating levers by working closely with CFO and COO organization
o Improve cost forecast and drive operational efficiency in close co-ordination with business and operational unit
o Drive central analytical function to forecast financial performance and analyze actual performance linked to operating levers
- Automation:
o Drive automation and best practices across order to cash process to ensure operating levers are identified and tracked on real time basis
o Designing and working closely with other stakeholders to automate the backend systems to deliver MIS as per the organization design and reporting structure
- Reporting:
o Design and deliver Financial and Operations Dashboard with support from IT
o Reports and Dashboard for each leader linked with KPI and to facilitate real time decision support
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with teams across the organization to gather relevant data and insights.
o Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational drivers and provide financial support for decision-making.
- Process Improvement:
o Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial reporting and analysis
o Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes.
- Business Operations & Partnering:
o Collaborate closely with business functions to ensure smooth operations from order to cash and procure to pay.
- Stakeholder Management:
o Collaborate with top management, group finance teams, and business teams
- Financial Risk Management:
o Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing effective controls and strategies
- Policies and Practices:
o Develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization that has strong fiscal management, project coordination, cross-team communications, and workflows
Requirements:
- CA or MBA with 10+ years of experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior finance role.
- Experience in managing end-to-end finance functions of a large corporate.
- Experience in new-age digital product/services companies.
- Proven people manager with experience in managing multi-functional teams and coordinating inter-department and group-level activities.
- Good Analytical skills
- Good Communication skills
- Experienced in corporate finance, finance automation and drive profit improvement.
