Responsibilities
Rights Management SME
· Rights Management subject matter expert in this position has strong emphasis on Rights Management Architecture planning, i.e. Understanding the current Rights management landscape, understanding the challenges at client’s end and suggesting highest quality solutions and insights on the same track.
· The Rights SME will support questions and take initial analysis of where the problem may lie. That includes helping to determine the severity of any issue.
· The Rights SME will work with the development, and Functional teams to help establish causes and suggested remedies.
· The Rights SME will communicate with the application users and other stakeholders about the general status of the systems and about specific items they have raised and help in requirement gathering.
· The Rights SME must be familiar with the applications and the business processes to be able to write business requirements and use cases.
· The Rights SME will help manage solutioning of the rights management using the Rightsline application.
· The Rights SME will create and maintain documentation for applications, processes, and projects and will help manage it.
· The Rights SME will look for and recommend process improvements and workflow automations.

· Knowledge of Rights-specific tools and platforms
· Rights line
· Rights Logic
· Familiarity with the Publishing & broadcast industry
· Familiarity with API Integrations
· Experience with Media Supply Chain Applications and Workflow/Process tools
