Role Overview
The Cyber Butler will be responsible for providing L0 network support at Trident & Oberoi hotels. The role involves troubleshooting WiFi issues, assisting premium guests, and coordinating with engineers to maintain uninterrupted connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L0 support for Jio CPE infrastructure at the hotel.
- Assist resident and non-resident guests with WiFi-related issues.
- Support hotel staff with “Team Internet” connectivity.
- Assist with WiFi setup for events and conferences.
- Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting network incidents.
- Escort field and Jio engineers during incident resolution and project work.
- Perform periodic WiFi audits in guest rooms.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Requirements
- B.Sc., BE, or B.Tech degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT or network support.
- CCNA training preferred.
