Overview

Intuit’s People & Places team is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will deliver an extraordinary customer experience by helping with interview coordination, data integrity within our Applicant Tracking system, and recruitment programs. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a quick learner with the ability to master new tasks quickly, and passionate about delivering a best-in-class experience for candidates and stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in human resources with emphasis on staffing preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is a must (especially Word and Outlook)
  • Technology-savvy

How you will lead

  • Responsible for providing end-to-end support and expertise to the talent acquisition (staffing) function including scheduling interviews, sending confirmations, enter information in applicant tracking system, etc.
  • Provide outstanding candidate experience during the interview process by applying stay-in-touch strategy and timely communication
  • Build relationships and partnerships with internal customers (recruiters, hiring managers, admins, and interview teams)
  • Audit and set approvals for job requisitions
  • Process offer letters, new hire paperwork and ensure smooth new hire on-boarding experience
  • Meet and greet all level of candidates for onsite interviews and help ensure an outstanding experience (when applicable)
