Job Description
- To execute entire Sustainability projects from Kickoff meeting to commissioning and Hand over
- To manage vendors, customers, material, Site Engineers and be single point of contact for all assigned projects
- To undertake Controlling & Operational IBMS (Integrated Building Management System) through Integrated Software Platform.
- To undertake add-on Project Installation & Commissioning of High Side and Low Side Automation
- To undertake Controlling & Operational on HVAC Systems such as AHU’s.
- Managing Entire Building through the designated application and provide update about the system to client through calls and emails.
- To ensure Customer Satisfaction through the Specific Technology for Service AMC s.
- Providing on-time technical solution to the problems & facilitate operations and maintenance assistance.
- Conducting the quarterly preventive maintenance activity
Must Have
- Installation & Commissioning experience of HVAC systems such as Chiller, Heat Pumps, AHU, Cooling Tower, EC fans, DX units, BTU meters, Electrical Panel with VFD, PLC, DDC panel etc
- Commissioning of BMS Controllers with various protocols (BACnet, MODBUS )
- Good Knowledge on Commissioning of Front-end software (EBI) & Niagara along with Display building & Graphics creation
- Experience in commissioning of Hardware components like 3 way valves, Motorised modulating and ON/OFF Valves, Flow sensors, Temperature sensors, RH Sensors, Differential pressure transmitters along with Terminal Servers & Other Communication Signal converter
- Proficient in CPO Studio and N4 Software
- Willingness to Travel Pan India
