Job Description

As a **Business Operations Associate – Supply Chain Operations**, you will oversee logistics, procurement, and order management processes within SAP S4 and non-SAP environments. You will also manage pricing analysis, inventory tracking, and analytics to optimize supply chain operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead operational excellence and support key improvement projects for HP’s Services Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage logistics, procurement, and order management processes using SAP S4 and non-SAP systems.
  • Analyze and resolve operational issues, ensuring smooth transaction flows between systems.
  • Reengineer business processes and implement automation using tools like Power Automate, UI Path, and PowerQuery.
  • Create and analyze reports using tools such as Power BI to develop trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Lead pricing analysis, inventory management, and supply chain performance reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with regional and global teams to ensure operational excellence.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on operational best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred) with 1-3 years of experience in supply chain operations.
  • Strong expertise in SAP S4, particularly in logistics, procurement, and order management.
  • Proficient in EDI creation, troubleshooting, and integration with SAP modules.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint) at an advanced level.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to influence and collaborate in a matrix environment.
  • Experience in project management and driving supply chain improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Services Supply Chain processes is a plus.
