We’re looking for a Bangalore based Principal Talent Attraction Partner to join our team of recruiters in our APAC region; systematize and help automate our local processes and ensure compliance with our data collection methods, including use of our ATS (Lever); uplevel our TA best practices; specialize in partnership, communication, and stakeholder consultation at the VP+ level with analytics backed recommendations; provide subject matter expertise relative to TA decision making as it applies to market realities;and help Talent Leadership strategize the continued evolution of the APAC and Indian markets.
The Principal Talent Attraction Partner will report directly to the Managar of Technical Recruiting (APAC). Working closely with functional leaders and their respective Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managers, the ideal candidate will also run a desk of 20+ requisitions at any given time. They will also report progress updates to stakeholders and TA Leadership while helping to coach/mentor the local team.
Responsibilities
- Provide insights and strategic recommendations to TA and Business Leadership to improve the time-to-hire, quality of hire, sourcing throughput, and candidate experience.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by driving continuous and consistent compliance with ATS (Lever) usage and adherence to TA process for all candidate/requisition activities.
- Leverage data to narrate the state of the market, competitive confounds and/or advantages, and manage difficult conversations with stakeholders.
- Update TA and Functional leaders (and their organizations, as appropriate) on a weekly basis relative to progress against open requisitions and aggregated candidate funnel statistics.
- Partner with the Employer Brand team to tell our Bangalore office story by helping to curate employee videos and testimonials, as well as maintaining a consistent evangelical presence on sites like Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, and the like.
- Drive and promote continuous evolution of passive sourcing strategies and ensure that a variety of tools are utilized by the team.
- Serve as a mentor/coach to junior staff members and one of the most senior points of escalation for all functions in the Bangalore office.
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 10+ years of past experience as a line level technical recruiter.
- Broad experience managing up to or exceeding 20+ technical requisitions (product development, information security, software quality assurance, etc) as an individual contributor while helping junior resources achieve goals with insights and coaching.
- Subject matter expert in sourcing, engaging, recruiting, and negotiating with passive technical candidates while also managing inbound applicants in the ATS in a timely manner.
- Ensure that applicants are either processed or archived within 48 hours.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and expertly demonstrate time management skills.
- Expertise managing and consulting with multiple technical stakeholders simultaneously (often, all the way to the C-level and based in different time zones) and communicating with them on regular cadences focused on generating solutions to problems.
- Expertise driving consultative solutions using data as a tool to drive change.
- Flexibility, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to thrive during periods of growth and/or change.
