About the role

If you’ve managed subscription and maintenance renewals with customers and partners, you’re exactly who we’re seeking. Your track record of success with both customers and internal stakeholders (think Customer Success, Sales, and Services) demonstrates your ability to deliver tangible value. You’ll play a crucial role in aligning commercial objectives with our business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Renewals team with exceeding monthly/quarterly financial targets
  • Responsible for the quoting of Maintenance/Subscription Renewals for an assigned territory
  • Supervise email requests, tasks, and questions received in a general mailbox and taking the correct action on them in a timely fashion
  • Expected to become a Super User for renewal quoting processes
  • Work with the Renewals Team to package and present quoting proposals to customers
  • Comfort with quoting complex contracts for multiple products with usage and price increases
  • Provide timely proposals and quotes in line with terms of customer and/or partner agreements
  • Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant information using Salesforce.com
  • Assist with forecasting renewal pricing and multi-year options
  • Work collaboratively with internal resources such as Sales Operations, Finance, and Legal to process renewals per company guidelines

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in purchasing, operations, or renewing technology solutions
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and a CRM system like Salesforce.com
  • Demonstrated history of meeting performance targets
  • Comfort quoting and managing a large volume of transactions
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills
  • Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • A passion for problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity and creativity
  • Motivated to succeed and participate in the growth of an exciting, fast-paced SaaS company
