Job Summary

The SAP DMC Technical Consultant will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining SAP DMC applications for Fujitsu’s clients. This role involves working closely with clients to gather requirements, conduct business process workshops, and manage the technical aspects of SAP DMC applications, including integrations with SAP S/4HANA and other automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop SAP DMC applications based on client requirements.
  • Conduct business process workshops and blueprinting for SAP DMC implementations.
  • Perform hands-on development and configuration tasks for SAP DMC application content.
  • Manage and lead SAP DMC implementation, rollout, and support activities.
  • Ensure effective deployment, go-live preparation, and troubleshooting of SAP DMC solutions.
  • Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP DMC and other systems such as ERP, automation systems, and machines.
  • Provide technical support for SAP DMC, ensuring continuous system performance and integration.
  • Collaborate with clients to conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, UAT, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all aspects of development and implementation.

Skills & Competencies

  • 7-9 years of experience in manufacturing technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP DMC, Cloud Connector, and integrations with cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in SAP UI5, SAP BAS, and cloud integrations.
  • Experience with shop-floor automation and production execution processes.
  • Good understanding of OData services, API management, and production connectors.
  • Experience in solution deployment, go-live, and support activities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients effectively.
  • Familiarity with SAP MEINT CTC, Workflow configuration, and Message processing.
  • Knowledge of OPC Connectivity, MQTT, Modbus, and Web service integration is a plus.

Qualifications

  • At least 7-9 years of experience in SAP DMC and manufacturing technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP UI5, SAP BAS, and cloud platform integrations.
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP DMC functionalities.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, traceability, and inventory management.
  • Experience in developing interfaces between SAP DMC and S/4HANA, automation systems, and other standalone software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing roles.
