- OnBase and Brain Ware related incidents and services tasks should be resolved
- Administration and configuration of DIP, Brain Ware batches creation of users in both OnBase and Brain Ware
- Batch jobs processing and scheduling timers in management console.
- Creating and updating enhancements under workflows and Onbase notifications.
- Email agent service configuration and maintenance
- Manage and customize import processing.
- Scheduling windows jobs and creation of new scripts to enhance performance
- Documents processing from Field Glass, Iron Mountain and Tangoe sources.
