About this opportunity:
Join us at Ericsson as an Automated Operations Engineer. This prominent role allows you to take charge of the coordination, support, management, and execution of 1st Level proactive and reactive maintenance activities. Our key objective is to consistently deliver excellent customer service by ensuring uninterrupted, high-level performance in accordance with our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
What you will do:
- Execute 1st Level Service Monitoring and Event Management tasks.
- Manage Incident Resolution and conduct Incident Functional Escalations.
- Oversee Remote Site Access Control and manage ongoing Logical Access.
- Handle Emergency Call Tracing and Right of Way situations.
- Engage in 24/7 Service Surveillance of automation systems, anticipating disruptions, developing workarounds for automation failures, and improving automated recovery processes.
- Gather requirements and develop use cases, contributing to the Case Development efforts.
