Key Objective:
- Relevant years of alliance management experience
- Experience dealing with Microsoft.
- Managing and nurturing partner relationships
- Serve as a focal point between partners and internal Datamatics competency, sales and marketing teams among others.
- Identifying potential partnership opportunities and collaboration areas.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis for partnerships.
- Negotiating partnership agreements and contracts.
- Manage activities including partner portal data, credentials, leads/referrals.
- Developing joint marketing and promotional activities with partners.
- Identifying and addressing partnership challenges and issues.
- Contributing to partnership program growth and success.
- Staying updated with industry trends and partnership developments.
Key Requirements:
- You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience 3-10 Years.
- You have prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus like Microsoft Partner Portal
- You have experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.
- You are highly goal-oriented, assertive, and a hands-on, problem solver.
- You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- You have excellent organizational and time management skills.
