The Sourcing Specialist will play a vital role in the talent acquisition team at Datamatics. This position involves identifying passive candidates, building talent pipelines, and supporting the recruitment process across a range of roles. Key Responsibilities
As a Sourcing Specialist, you will:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand job requirements and staffing needs.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and databases, to identify candidates.
- Proactively engage with passive candidates through direct outreach (emails, calls, and messages).
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for high-priority or frequently recruited roles.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates to ensure they meet job requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Research new sourcing channels and build relationships with potential candidates.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, particularly in a corporate or BPO environment.
