As an Account Executive in Inside Sales, you will be responsible for identifying and securing business opportunities while working closely with US-based clients. You’ll focus on building strong relationships, managing sales pipelines, and contributing to business growth through targeted sales strategies.

Job Location: Vadodara (Onsite)
Shift Timings: US shift (6 PM IST to 3 AM IST)

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate activities related to sales and customer service on client accounts.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline for pre-identified accounts.
  • Set up meetings with US-based clients through calls and emails.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Develop customized sales strategies and coordinate business generation activities.
  • Answer client questions and provide follow-up as needed.
  • Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
