Role Overview
The Learning Operations Specialist will lead the planning and execution of learning and talent management initiatives globally. Reporting to the Global Learning & Talent Management Deployment Manager, you’ll collaborate across teams to develop strategic learning deployment strategies while ensuring a seamless experience for participants. You’ll also oversee program logistics, maintain learning materials, and assess program impact, all while contributing to the continuous improvement of our learning practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage global program deployments, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Coordinate logistics for both online and in-person learning offerings, including communications and materials.
- Manage participant experiences in cohort-based learning programs.
- Maintain and update course materials, digital assets, and SharePoint documentation.
- Support reporting on program metrics such as usage, satisfaction, and completion rates.
- Collaborate with vendors, legal, and procurement teams to manage contracts and invoicing.
- Provide technical support for virtual and in-person learning sessions.
- Curate and integrate learning resources into blended learning solutions.
- Support team assessment processes, such as MBTI and DiSC tools.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing learning program operations globally.
- Proficiency with webinar platforms and Microsoft Office, including SharePoint.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process management expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
- Experience with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Smartsheets.
- Basic knowledge of project lifecycles and methodologies.
