Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in finding the right products, maintaining the store’s appearance, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, handling cash transactions, and contributing to a positive and dynamic team environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, preferably in the fashion retail industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and brands
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
