Role Objective
- Recruitment & On-boarding of the best talent in the market in the least possible time
- Coordination/Support in Onboarding, Attendance, Leave & Payroll Management of retail employees
- Actively drive employee engagement strategies in response to business need
- Drive performance management and follow through for Retail staff
- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
- Manage required employee relations investigations and other sensitive employee matters
- Maintain compliance and HR MIS trackers
- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
- Handling Statutory compliance (PF/ESIC)/ Payroll/ Insurance/Employee Grievance of the assigned region
- Ensure proper compliance of various obligations under various Labour Laws as applicable to the organization
- Monitor the culture of the workplace with a focus on employee relations.
- Drive strategies that fosters an environment where all employees are respected and valued
- Contribute in improvement of processes or policies
Knowledge and skills
- MBA IN HR
- Excellent communication skills with the right attitude
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects with strong prioritization skills
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Should be adept with Excel & PowerPoint
- Team player with great time management and interpersonal skills,
