Key Responsibilities
- Data Reporting & Product Operations: Dual responsibility of providing MIS data (planned & ad hoc reporting) and managing product operations for Bitla Intl.
- ETL Pipelines: Create and maintain ETL pipelines to process daily data, ensuring automatic dashboard refreshes.
- Data Quality & Accuracy: Ensure data quality and accuracy from various sources, collaborating with product managers, BD teams, inventory support, and tech teams.
- Power BI Expertise: Perform DAX queries and advanced-level calculations in Power BI to develop self-service models.
- Business Intelligence: Understand BI requirements, design data models, and transform raw data into meaningful insights.
- KPIs & Monitoring: Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor them consistently.
- System Enhancement: Redefine and implement technical/strategic changes to enhance existing Business Intelligence systems.
- SQL Mastery: Utilize advanced SQL querying, filters, and graphs for data analysis, and develop SQL procedures and views for data loading and visualization.
Technical Skills
- Experience: 3-5 years in SQL; Python experience is a plus.
- Tools Proficiency:
- Mandatory: MySQL, TSQL, Visual Studio (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS), advanced Excel.
- Preferred: SISS, Apache Nifi, Informatica/Talend, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
- Retail/E-commerce Data Models: Experience with retail or e-commerce data models.
- Data Warehousing: 3-5 years of ETL work.
- Advanced Data Analysis: Hands-on knowledge of advanced data analysis through Excel.
Educational Qualification
- Required: B.Tech / MCA
