Job Description: The incumbent will be responsible for: –
Achieving targets related to business, market share, product availability, reach, volume etc for Home Safes line of business.
– Developing and effectively managing sales distribution Network to meet business objectives for Home Safes.
– Should be responsible for development of his team members according to the business plan and individual growth plan
– Sharing Market Information with HO Marketing.
– Assessment and appointment of right dealers & distributors after thorough screening, activating low performing counters and dealers and unlocking important club counters etc.
– Should be responsible for forecasting business plan model wise for respective geography
– Building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities for Institutional/Gifting business.
– Should be focusing on liquidity of ageing inventory, Control and manage Damage stock – Handling Local Multi brand outlets
– Designing Local Branch Schemes
– Responsible to drive various primary / secondary/ tertiary/ sell out related schemes and ensure timely compilation and settlement of market claims
– Defend brand identity – Maintain commercial discipline in sales
– Receivables Management – Overall Hygiene of club counters.
– Providing Support for growing and nurturing the business to the TMM (E.g. below the Line Support) – Merchandising & space management for Club Counters
– Canvasser Management
– Conflict Resolution if any b/w partners Responsible for Branch Budget optimization. Reduction of Working Capital and Fixed Cost. Ensure variable contribution of the region is achieved. Ensure Conversion and realization targets are achieved.
REQUISITE QUALIFICATION
Essential: Graduate in any discipline
REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE
Essential: Min 2 Years of relevant work experience in Sales.
