Role: Business Development Associate ( Inside Sales ( B2C ) and Partner Onboarding ( B2B )
Job Location: Ahmedabad ( Work From Office )
No. of working days: 6 days a week (Roaster Basis)
CTC Bandwidth (Fixed): 3.00 LPA to 3.6 LPA ( Monthly -23000-27000 in hand )
This will be a Contractual Role Initially for first 3 Months and requires immediate joining .
We at Urban Company are looking to hire an Business Development Associate for our Large Homes Painting Business in our central team. It is an exciting opportunity for understanding and enhancing the customer experience aspect of our painting services in an International Business.
What will be your responsibility?
● As an Business Development Associate , one would be responsible for looking for the entire Sales life-cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of qualified customers till the final conversion i.e. getting us hired for the painting service.
● Counselling the prospects via Calls. ( Have To Connect atleast 50-60 prospective Customers each day )
● Help in partner onboarding ( Hire Contractors for the city ) and help build a ecosystem for blue-collars .
● Experience: 1-3 years of experience in BPOs or Sales (any product or service)
● Excellent communication in English & Hindi
