Job Purpose
Formulate and drive the implementation of the short and long term business strategy for the region, in alignment with the Emerging Markets strategy, to achieve growth and profitability for Cipla in the region.
Accountabilities
I. Undertake financial responsibility for the region to drive the growth strategy
II. Develop and drive a comprehensive strategy for the region through an analysis of growth opportunities, organizational resource requirements and discussions with the Head of Emerging Markets to achieve Ciplas growth plans
III. Contribute to in market growth as well as in house and licensing portfolio development to maintain robust product pipeline
IV. Establish the organizations regional presence in a phased manner and maximize returns from existing partner relationships to achieve business objectives
V. Liaise with stakeholders within Cipla to ensure streamlined operations and on-time, within budget product launches across the
Education Qualification
PG with MBA
Relevant Work Experience
At least 15 years of experience overall, with at least 5 years of prior experience in the pharma industry in a similar role
