YOUR IMPACT
You are responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and integrating the Open Text Service Management automation solutions for customers in UK’s public sector.
What The Role Offers
- Implementation of ITSM and Automation tools, configuring and customizing solutions to meet specific organizational needs.
- Working in an international environment and various industries
- Working in close cooperation with the technical team, the Project/Technical Manager and with customer nominated representatives, OpenText support, R&D as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies including, but not limited to ITSM and incorporate them into the organization’s strategy.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption of new ITSM practices.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both technical and business needs.
What You Need To Succeed
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- First experience working as an ITSM Solution Consultant or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of ITSM tools and processes
- Willingness to learn and acquire new skills
- Basic coding skills (preferably JavaScript) is a plus
- Communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
- ITIL certification is a plus
- Security clearance or the commitment to undergo the clearance process is a must.
