YOUR IMPACT

You are responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and integrating the Open Text Service Management automation solutions for customers in UK’s public sector.

What The Role Offers

  • Implementation of ITSM and Automation tools, configuring and customizing solutions to meet specific organizational needs.
  • Working in an international environment and various industries
  • Working in close cooperation with the technical team, the Project/Technical Manager and with customer nominated representatives, OpenText support, R&D as needed
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies including, but not limited to ITSM and incorporate them into the organization’s strategy.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption of new ITSM practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both technical and business needs.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • First experience working as an ITSM Solution Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools and processes
  • Willingness to learn and acquire new skills
  • Basic coding skills (preferably JavaScript) is a plus
  • Communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • ITIL certification is a plus
  • Security clearance or the commitment to undergo the clearance process is a must.
