•Improving the performance of the underperforming AM – BB and PAM – BB
•Driving BSMs/ AM – BB and PAM – BB on lead campaigns for increasing business throughput
•Training, Guiding and Supporting the AM – BB and PAM – BB/BSMs on Digital adoption, product and processes
•Driving other initiatives advised by HO Channel performance management team
Job Requirements –
• Graduate – Above 5 years of experience
• Post Graduate – 4 years of experience
• Customer orientation
• High energy and drive
• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skill
