Job Purpose
Expertise in managing bank’s Credit Card Post Issuance Support process. Computer knowledge, MS office, should perform basic data analysis. Expertise in Vendor management and Inventory management. Expertise in managing end to end Credit Card Post Issuance process for bank. Quality aspect in all deliveries & time management
Roles & Responsibilities
- Setting up Post issuance process and ensure that the SOPs of the process are prepared, implemented and monitored.
- Responsible for Smooth working of Credit card Post issuance process.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of EMI conversion request, account maintenance activities, charges reversal, excess credit refund etc.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of card replacement request, add-on card creation, and demo details change etc.
- Implementation of new projects & initiatives to automate the processes.
- Should manage the vendors, track and audit the activities conducted by them on regular basis.
- Publishing MIS to management on Daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Should be able to impart training to internal and external partners on application processing.
- Ensure highest quality, regulatory compliance and establish risk management controls in all aspects of process.
- Experience of managing Credit card Post Issuance Operations unit of banks / processors.
- Mentor and coach senior team members to percolate ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance and integrity in the zones.
- Monitor key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality and attrition rates and make necessary improvements.
Education Qualification
Graduation: Any Graduate
Post Graduation: Any Post Graduate
Experience: 12 to 18 years of experience in Post Issuance.
