The Opportunity

Adobe Commerce team is responsible for driving Adobe’s worldwide commerce strategy & roadmap. The mission of our team is to enable world-class user experiences and make transacting with Adobe seamless.

As a Senior Product Manager, Payments, you build best of the breed payment and billing experiences to improve customer acquisition and retention. We are looking for individuals with a proven track record of influencing and driving execution of high-impact requirements while managing expectations.

What you’ll Do

  • Use data, customer insights, and industry best practices to identify and build outstanding experiences for Adobe’s individual and business customers.
  • Build business cases outlining projected impact for each opportunity to be prioritized on the roadmap.
  • Write detailed product requirements and end to end use cases to be used by engineering & design teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, product, customer support, and legal teams to ensure alignment on roadmap and prioritization.
  • Provide initiative rollout status & monitor impact of each initiative launched.
  • Use Adobe’s own technology where possible & work w/ 3rd parties across the commerce stack.

What you need to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with expertise in payments space.
  • Experience collaborating with cross functional groups worldwide across a large enterprise.
  • Experience running A/B tests and making informed, data driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
  • Ability to balance several initiatives and shift priorities as needed.
  • BS required, MBA a plus
