Position Summary:
NPS Prism has experienced tremendous growth as a standalone software and data business over the past two years and is making the leap from being a consulting-led business to a technology-led business. Given that shift, we are looking to build our team with world-class team members to help drive business growth to its full potential in this next phase. This is a great opportunity to help build Bain’s largest startup and take NPS Prism into the future.
Associates on the Prism India Hub Commercial Operations team will work closely with Commercial Operations Senior Associates, Commercial Engagement Managers, and other leaders of the Commercial team to serve our highest-priority clients.
Essential Functions:
- Create dynamic and engaging presentations, analyzing insights and Prism data to bring the value of Prism to life for our clients
- Work with target industries / geographies, Bain practices and partners to develop the go to market commercial approach and selling story in new markets for NPS Prism
- Contribute in the selling process from start to finish with supporting commercial team and/or Bain Partners in selling the instrument and engaging prospective clients
- Assist in creating content for demos and trainings with current clients
- Extend support in proposal development for potential clients and renewal discussions for current clients
- Manage client pipeline to increase Prism client penetration
- Collaborate with Bain partners, Prism LT and multiple stakeholders across Prism’s Commercial, Product and Operations teams on a day-to-day basis
- Undertake analytics on Prism data for products across industries to guide the creation of insights for our clients
Qualifications:
- Education and Work Experience:
- Candidate should be a Graduate from top-tier College with strong academic records and 24-48 months of experience or a Post Graduate from top-tier College with 0-24 months of experience
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Should possess exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Candidates should possess excellent analytical, communication, problem solving and team player skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Knowledge in any of the tools such as Alteryx, tableau, SQL is a plus
- Prior experience in similar primary research studies or design of such studies is preferred
- Prior experience in preparing business proposals and presentations is preferred
